month of July are at 10:00 am.
We will resume our regular worship schedule
for Sundays on August 1. There will be 2 services, 8:45
and 10:55 a.m. and Sunday School for all ages at 9:45 a.m.

Vacation Bible School is just around the
corner
Cadets, get ready for an
outer space voyage praising God at Galactic Blast
VBS 2010. We look forward to you joining us on this
cosmic combination of faith and fun!
At Galactic Blast VBS, cadets will voyage into
outer space praising God. Through daily Bible missions,
kids will see space like never before, gain a new
perspective on our planet Earth, and learn easy "green"
earth tips they can practice at home. Join us on this
cosmic combination of faith and fun as cadets develop a
personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ!

August 1st - 5th
5:30pm to 8 pm each night

Our purpose is to call
persons into a living relationship with Jesus Christ, so
that we live as disciples of Christ and use our resources
to share God's love in ministry to the human needs of the
church, community and world.

Mission of First United Methodist Church, Gastonia is to
be a church who will Follow Jesus, Make Disciples,
and Transform the World. We do this through
worship, Bible study, small groups, music, fellowship,
pastoral care, children and youth activities, and mission
and outreach. You are invited to come and be a part
of this mission.
